These terms govern your use of the Ontic platform and website operated by Ontic Labs, Inc. (“Ontic,” “we,” “us”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

The service

Ontic provides runtime AI governance tooling — infrastructure that checks whether AI-generated claims are backed by evidence before they reach users. We are a developer tool, not a consumer product.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you integrate Ontic into your systems.
You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You will not attempt to circumvent governance controls.

Limitations

Ontic reduces the risk of unsupported AI claims but does not guarantee perfection. You remain responsible for the outputs of your AI systems.
